I was born in Zonguldak City in Turkey, June 1945. My father was a high school history teacher and my mother was a high school physics teacher. They deceased in 1967 and 1992, respectively. I completed my elementary school education in 1956 at the Gazi Mustafa Kemal Ilkokulu in Zonguldak, Turkey and graduated  in 1962 from the Pertevniyal Lisesi (Junior & Senior High School) in Istanbul, Turkey. I attended the Technical University of Istanbul, Electrical Engineering Faculty,  and graduated in June 1971 with "Yuksek Muhendis", (Dpl. Ing. - MScEE) Degree. I came to Fredericton, NB, Canada, in Sept. 1972 as a Landed Immigrant and after post graduate studies at the University of New Brunswick, I started my career in the North American Industry in 1974. I live and work in the USA, since June 1979. I am a citizen of CANADA and of  the USA.
